Serik Beisenovich Seryanov is an energy engineer with more than 30 years of experience. After graduating from the Alma-Ata Energy Institute in 1991, he began his career at Ekibastuz GRES-1. Starting from the position of a maintenance engineer, he worked his way up from a maintenance engineer to the head of the production and technical department, holding various positions in the field of operation, commissioning, dispatch service and others. For his contribution to the implementation of the Integrated Planning System project in 2020, Serik Beisenovich was awarded the diploma of Samruk-Energo JSC. In addition to his professional activities, since 2020 he has also been the chairman of the primary party organization of the AMANAT party in Ekibastuz GRES-1 LLP. Actively participating in public work, he supports the "Targeted Transfers" program and helps the families of station employees. The work of the primary organization was noted in the nomination "The best primary organization of 2023" and awarded the diploma of the EGF "AMANAT". In addition, he is a mentor for young professionals, organizes educational events and career guidance excursions for children of plant workers, continuing to contribute to the development of the energy industry and society.
