Bulat Nurzhanov Ekibastuz GRES-1 Limited Liability Partnership is a thermal power station with an installed capacity of 4,000 MW. Today, the station is the largest energy-producing enterprise in Kazakhstan. Ekibastuz GRES-1 is also one of the largest coal-fired power station in the world with a current available capacity of 3,500 MW.
