The Compliance Officer of LLP “Ekibastuz GRES-1 named after B. Nurzhanov” is an independent structure, organizationally subordinated and functionally accountable to the Supervisory Board of JSC “Samruk-Energy.” The main objective of the activity is the implementation of the Compliance Program, the development of anti-corruption policies, and control over the execution of measures aimed at preventing corruption risks.

The responsibilities of the Compliance Officer include assessing and monitoring corruption risks, developing recommendations to reduce them, ensuring compliance with the principles of business ethics, and fostering a culture of intolerance toward corruption among the employees of LLP “Ekibastuz GRES-1 named after B. Nurzhanov.”
