More than 200 employees of the Foundation's group are taking part in the Samruk-Kazyna Youth Forum

 

. A youth and educational forum is being held in Almaty, which is attended by specialists from different regions of Kazakhstan working in the Foundation's group.

 

Chairman of the Board of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna" Nurlan Zhakupov made a welcoming speech at the forum. The head of the Fund noted

that out of 250 thousand employees who work in the group of companies, more than

80 thousand are young professionals under the age of 35.

 

By the way, today the youth wing is actively developing in Samruk-Kazyna JSC. Employees are involved in events, including participating in educational seminars and sports tournaments, visiting production facilities to share experiences, doing charity work and supporting self-development challenges.

 

During the event, the children learned leadership, self-diagnosis, the realization of their capabilities, developed decision-making skills, emotional intelligence, and got acquainted with the 4D management system.
