On September 6, 2024, the first women's forum of Samruk-Energo JSC Groups of Companies "Women in Power" was held. The event was opened by Chairman of the Board of JSC Samruk-Energo Kairat Maksutov. Saltanat Satzhan, Managing Director for Development and Privatization of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, made a welcoming speech! The principles of gender equality were discussed - as a key element of the sustainable development of any company! Very important topics were touched upon, such as the presence of polarity and the diversity of opinions in the work environment! The issues of partnership, progress and prospects of women in the energy sector were discussed!
