The staff of the turbine equipment repair shop took Sergei Vitalievich Polyakov on a well-deserved rest. He began his career at Ekibastuz GRES-1 in February 1997 as a locksmith for the repair of a 5th-grade GTO. For 27 years of his career in production, he has established himself as a competent specialist. He treated the performance of his official duties in good faith and with full responsibility.

Sergey Vitalievich's merits were repeatedly noted by the management, so in 2017 he was listed on the Honor Board of Ekibastuz GRES-1 LLP named after Bulat Nurzhanov, in 2020 he was awarded a medal for the 100th anniversary of the State Electrification Plan of Russia-GOELRO; in 2021, a Certificate of Honor from Samruk - Energo JSC; in the same year, an Anniversary medal on the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
