Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Roman Sklyar, accompanied by Akim of the region Asain Baykhanov, paid a working visit to Ekibastuz GRES-1.

During the working trip, the Deputy Prime Minister got acquainted with the progress of work on the restoration of power unit No. 1 and the repair campaign at the power plant as a whole.

Asan Naurzgaliyev, General Director of EGRES-1 LLP, reported on the station's readiness for the repair campaign, the availability of inventory and the mobilization of repair personnel. A report on the preparation of the plant for the upcoming heating season 2024-2025 was also heard.
