Team building: the secret of a successful team!

Do you agree that it is important to unite the team to achieve great goals? We certainly think so!

Last weekend, the Youth Council of Ekibastuz GRES-1 held a TEAM BUILDING 2023

Purpose? Find potential leaders, develop youth policy and improve the image of production. And also, to strengthen the sense of patriotism, spiritual culture and the desire for self-development.

We divided into teams, fought for friendship and superiority. Fun, friendly and competitive!

Such meetings help us to create a real "team spirit", transfer relations from "workers" to "friendly" rails, and of course, increase our efficiency. This is the moment when young talents initiate a change!
