Since the end of March 2024, the flood situation in the regions of the country has been deteriorating. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the Ministry of Emergency Situations), the most difficult situation is observed in Akmola, North Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, Atyrau, Aktobe, West Kazakhstan, Kostanay regions, as well as Abai and Ulytau regions. Kazakhstan is facing the largest floods in 80 years.

The station of Ekibastuzskaya GRES-1 named after B.Nurzhanov LLP did not stand aside! Together with the volunteer organizations of the city of Ekibastuz (16 people are involved), the delivery of humanitarian aid to the North Kazakhstan region, especially to the affected villages in the amount of 6 tons, has been organized!
