On April 16, 2024, the staff of the boiler auxiliary equipment repair shop took a well-deserved rest for the KiPPC equipment repair mechanic Kisamidenov Toktar Turarovich. Toktar Turarovich has worked at our station for 36 years and, with his hard work and professionalism, earned the authority of the entire workshop staff, educated more than one generation of highly qualified specialists, instilling in young workers not only love for the profession, but also dedication to their work and to our station.

From the first day of the creation of the trade union, he was elected a member of the trade union committee of the station, is a member of the conciliation commission of the station.

For his personal contribution to the development of the electric power industry, long-term and impeccable work, Kisamidenovtoktar Turarovich was awarded in 2014 with the Diploma of Ekibastuz GRES-1 LLP named after Bulat Nurzhanov; in 2019 with the Algysbelgi medal; in 2020 with the Kasipodak Ardageri Badge of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan; in 2021 with the Medal for the 100th anniversary The State Electrification Plan of Russia-GOELRO; in 2023 - a letter of thanks from the akim of the region. In 2023, Toktar Turarovich was deservedly awarded the Medal "Elektr energetikas salasyna koskanulesi ushin" of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On behalf of the management of the station, Toktar Turarovich was congratulated by the head of the repair department, Ardak Nurgalievich Kairbayev and the head of the workshop, Syrymbet Bektemirovich Zheksembayev, who read out a letter of thanks from the General director.
