Within the framework of the heading "Bolashakka bagyt" we present a young employee of Ekibastuz GRES-1 Kaskirbayeva Botakoz Bakytbekovna. The main principle of the formation of human resources is professionalism, initiative, hard work, as well as support for young professionals and motivation for their professional growth. In 2015, Botakoz graduated from college with a degree in chemical technology and production technician, entered Karaganda State Technical University. In 2019, she became a Bachelor of Engineering and Technology with a degree in Chemical Technology of Organic Substances. In 2019, having moved to the city of Ekibastuz, she applied for participation in the competition and successfully passed the selection for the chemical workshop by the 4th category chemical water treatment apparatus. That's how she ended up at the GRES-1 station. In 2021, Botakoz moved to the position of an apparatchik of chemical water purification of the 6th category. Since 2022 and currently holds the position of a category 2 chemical water treatment engineer. She is also an active member of the Youth Council of Ekibastuz GRES-1. Botakoz expresses gratitude to the colleagues who have tirelessly provided support and mentoring for 5 years.
