On June 26, a meeting was held with the staff of the station, dedicated to safety issues and social and living working conditions.

The meeting was held by Asan Akimgalievich Naurzgalievich, General Director, Sergey Alexandrovich Chigvintsev, Head of the Occupational Safety and Health Service, and Viktor Gattarovich Rakhmanov, head of the workshop.

During the meeting, the key aspects of compliance with occupational safety regulations, ensuring safe working conditions and preventing occupational injuries were discussed in detail.

Important social and household issues were also discussed.: The condition of sanitary facilities, the organization of recreation and dining areas, the timely provision of workwear and personal protective equipment, as well as suggestions for improving working conditions on the ground.

The management emphasized the importance of open dialogue with the team, emphasizing that feedback from employees is one of the main tools for developing a safety culture and a comfortable working environment.
