 The training was attended by managers and employees of the production structural divisions of Ekibastuzskaya GRES-1 named after B.Nurzhanov LLP. The main purpose of conducting such training is to prevent occupational injuries and eliminate systemic causes of accidents. Taking into account the personal responsibility of the first head of the Partnership for the state of industrial safety and the prevention of emergencies, accidents, fires and accidents, work is constantly being carried out to improve the industrial safety management system and reduce the level of occupational injuries. The implementation of systematic measures taken jointly with the Company to improve the safety culture of managers and employees, ensure the safety of equipment, preparedness for the elimination of accidents and emergencies, the introduction of digital solutions, the use of proactive accident prevention tools are under constant control of the management of the Partnership and the Company. The implementation of jointly planned measures aimed at further improving the occupational safety management system and eliminating the facts of occupational injuries is a priority goal of the Partnership's activities, and will continue in the future on an ongoing basis.
