With deep respect and gratitude, we accompany our veteran, Honored power engineer of the CIS, head of the turbine equipment repair shop, Batyrkan Omarovich Shabakbaev, to a well—deserved rest. Batyrkan Omarovich's career at the station covers more than 24 years, filled with important stages of restoration and modernization of the enterprise. The workshop, which he led for a long time, is a key link, on whose work the stability and reliability of the entire station largely depends. Colleagues highly appreciate Batyrkan Omarovich, seeing in him a mentor and an example of true professionalism and dedication to his work.
His long—term work was marked by numerous awards: 
- In 2012 he was awarded the Badge "Honorary Power Engineer of the KEA"; 
— In 2015, he was awarded the title of Honored Power Engineer of the CIS;
 — In 2020, he was awarded a medal for the 100th anniversary of the State Electrification Plan of Russia - GOELRO; 
— In 2021, he was awarded the Diploma of Samruk-Energo JSC and the medal of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as entered on the city Honor Board "Man of Labor"; 
— In 2023, he was awarded the title of Honored Power Engineer of the KEA. On behalf of the whole team, we express our sincere gratitude to Batyrkan Omarovich for his many years of conscientious work and wish him good health, well-being and long life!
