Today, on September 12, at Ekibastuz GRES-1 named after B. Nurzhanov LLP, on the eve of the referendum on the construction of a nuclear power plant, meetings were held with the day staff of the workshops of TTC-1, TTC-2, electric, RVOK, RTO, EROO, RSAT, CTAI, SON and BEO, as well as with by the operational staff of watch "B". About 150 people took part in the events. Chairman of the NGO S.B. Seryanov told his colleagues about the upcoming national referendum, which will be held on October 6, and which was announced by the President of Kazakhstan in his message to the people on September 2. During the meeting, the plant's employees were provided with information about the development of the country's nuclear industry, world experience in nuclear power plant construction, environmental aspects, water resources use, safety of modern nuclear energy and the personnel potential of the industry. S.B. Seryanov also answered the questions of concern to employees. The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
