The international review competition "Zhuldyz" ("Yulduz") was held within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement concluded on August 23, 2022 in the city of Bukhara (Republic of Uzbekistan) between the Public Association "Kazakhstan Branch Trade Union of Power Engineers" and the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Workers of Energy, Oil-gas and Geology of Uzbekistan, in order to implement the Resolution of the International Seminar "The creative role of women in the trade union movement", held on October 19-21, 2022 in Shymkent and Turkestan region (Republic of Kazakhstan). The purpose of the competition is to highlight the work of women in the trade union, draw attention to the work of trade union leaders and show the achievements of women in the trade union movement, the development of business and constructive cooperation between employers and trade union organizations in solving socio-economic problems of workers. The jury of the competition reviewed the materials submitted to the competition and determined the winners from each side.

The collective agreement has repeatedly been recognized as the best both at the industry level and took second place in the Republican contest "Paryz". The company has a conciliation commission, a production council, a social commission has been established, and the work of technical inspectors has been organized.
