On January 26, 2024, the Territorial Association of Trade Unions of the Pavlodar region, at the invitation of the primary trade union organization of Bulat Nurzhanov GRES-1 LLP, held an explanatory meeting on legislation for workers employed in harmful working conditions. The speakers explained the procedure, terms, conditions, sources of receiving special social benefits for employees engaged in jobs with harmful working conditions; the conditions and procedure for receiving free medical services at the expense of the Social Health Insurance Fund. Upon request, each of the participants of the meeting received an extract from the NPF and an individual consultation on the rules of appointment and the estimated amount of a special social payment. The relevance of the meeting with the workforce is dictated by the demand for timely clarification for the employees of the partnership. We thank the trade union committee and the management of the station for organizing the event in the interests of the Labor Man.
