We are launching the Success Story column, where we will tell the stories of our employees who
started working at GRES-1 as ordinary employees, and now head the divisions of the enterprise.
Rashid Sabirzyanov is a veteran of Ekibastuz GRES-1 named after Bulat Nurzhanov LLP, where
he has been working in the energy industry for 32 years. Over the years, he has proven himself to
be a highly qualified specialist and has received well-deserved recognition in his profession.
His professional commitment and significant contribution to the development of Kazakhstan's
energy sector were noted by Samruk-Energo and the Kazakh Energy Association. In 2020, he
was awarded the title of Honorary Power Engineer of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the
following year he was awarded the title of Honored Power Engineer of the CIS. In 2022, he was
awarded the Badge of honor for his services to the Pavlodar region, which emphasizes his
significant contribution to the development of the region and improving the quality of life of
local residents.
Rashid Abdulazhanovich's work is not only significant for GRES-1, but also for the entire energy
industry of Kazakhstan. His achievements and achievements in the field of energy deserve praise
