Akbota Kabieva started her career at GRES-1 in the RSAT workshop, thanks to the youth
practice program. In the process of this experiential immersion into the production environment,
she gained knowledge while working at SONiBEO, as well as in the office management
department. This knowledge and experience allowed her to take the position of a technician.
Now Akbota continues to develop in the archive department, which is not only a repository of
important documents, but also a technical library. She is now working to further deepen her
skills in studying equipment, specifications and drawings.
Akbota is not only successfully advancing in his career, but also actively participates in public
life. She is the chairman of the youth movement at GRES-1, was a volunteer during the
emergency response in winter, also Akbota took part in the international youth forum in
Tashkent and took part in the challenge from JSC NWF "Samruk-Kazyna" where she entered the
top 200 best participants. For her contribution to public activities, she was awarded a certificate
of honor as part of the celebration of Energy Day.
At GRES-1, young people have all the opportunities for development and promotion. Kabieva
Akbota is a vivid example of this.
