On Trade Union Day, the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan recognized an employee of Ekibastuz GRES-1 Bolat Bekenov as the best technical inspector.

On October 10, 2022, the Solidarity Forum of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Unity. Justice. Development”, dedicated to the celebration of the Day of Trade Unions of Kazakhstan. During the forum, the best activists of trade union activities were awarded. Bolat Bekenov, Engineer for Supervision of the Substation of the Industrial Safety Service of Ekibastuz GRES-1 named after Bulat Nurzhanov LLP, won in the nomination "The Best Occupational Safety Inspector".
