Bakhtiyar Manasovich Gabdullin is the deputy head of the boiler auxiliary equipment repair shop at the Bulat Nurzhanov Ekibastuz GRES-1. He began his professional career at the station in 2007 as an electric and gas welder of the 4th category of the RVOK workshop, simultaneously combining the work of a gas cutter. Bakhtiar Manasovich has always strived for development, actively improving his skills and mastering new knowledge. In 2011, he received the 5th grade and entered EKITI College. Already in 2013, he was appointed a master for the repair of boiler and dust preparation equipment of the RVOK workshop. In 2017, he was promoted to senior foreman, where he successfully managed two sites for the repair of vacuum cleaners and traction machines. For high professional qualities and contribution to the development of the enterprise, in 2020 Bakhtiyar Manasovich graduated from the Ekibastuz Engineering and Technical Institute named after Academician K. Satpayev, was appointed deputy head of the workshop.
Over the years, Bakhtiar Manasovich has earned the respect of colleagues and has been repeatedly awarded awards. In 2015, he received a Certificate of Honor from Bulat Nurzhanov Ekibastuz GRES-1 LLP, and in 2021 — a Certificate of Honor from the Kazakhstan Electric Power Association (KEA).
