On July 5, 2024, an event was held at Ekibastuz GRES-1 — an intellectual quiz "IQ fest" for young employees of the station. The event was organized by Almira Auelbaeva, Chairman of the Youth Council, and Akalkyn Pstebayeva, Deputy Chairman for the scientific and production sector, who enthusiastically prepared a rich program and interesting questions for the participants.

The teams competed in various categories, including science, history, art and technology, demonstrating their intellectual abilities and deep knowledge. The atmosphere of the competition was filled with excitement and a friendly spirit, which contributed not only to the development of team interaction, but also to strengthening the corporate culture at the station.

According to the results of the quiz, the winners were determined, who received valuable prizes and well-deserved applause from colleagues. However, the main result of the event was to enrich the participants with new knowledge, strengthen friendly ties and create a positive attitude in the team.
