The staff of Ekibastuz GRES-1 took our veteran, the head of the repair department, Gafiulla Rakhmatullovich Zhaksybaev, for a well-deserved rest. Gafiulla Rakhmatullovich's total work experience at the plant is more than 41 years, and these are difficult years for the company, years of restoration and modernization of equipment. For more than 19 years, Gafiulla Rakhmatullovich has been in charge of one of the main production workshops, on which the stable and trouble–free operation of the plant of the enterprise largely depends - the repair shop for the main boiler equipment.

Gafiulla Rakhmatullovich enjoys great respect in the team, being for many employees a mentor and an example of high professionalism and dedication.
