Mendybayeva Aselia, a leading engineer for electricity accounting and analysis of technical and economic indicators, is a vivid example of the human potential that is being formed in the energy sector of Kazakhstan. Her successes did not go unnoticed, and in 2020 she was awarded the diploma of Samruk-Energo JSC for fruitful work and successful implementation of the Integrated Planning System, as well as a diploma from Ekibastuz GRES-1 for Energy Day in 2022.

 

Having an academic master's degree in the specialty "electric power engineering", Aselia started working at Ekibastuz GRES-1 immediately after graduating from university in 2017. This choice of profession was natural for her, as the industry of her hometown inspired her and strengthened her desire to follow in the footsteps of her parents and work at a major power plant in the country.

 

Her duties include accounting for all the station's electricity, including production, supply and consumption of electricity for her own needs, as well as accounting and analysis of technical and economic indicators and equipment operating time.

 

Aselia also actively participates in the youth council of the station and became a member of the Youth Council of the Samruk-Kazyna Group of companies after successfully participating in the 10-day challenge of young specialists. She was selected as one of the 50 participants of the Zheti Kadam Young Leaders development program and together with the team is working on the Bank of Ideas project, the defense of which will take place in August in Astana.

 

Mendybayeva Aselia is an excellent example of a young and talented specialist making a significant contribution to the country's energy industry and demonstrating high potential for future development.
