Tapekova Kadisha Toleubekovna

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new section "Women in production", where we will
talk about the women who are part of our team.
Kadisha Tapekova has been working at the GRES-1 electric power station since 2005, where she
holds the position of a laboratory engineer in the chemical workshop.

During her career, Kadisha Toleubekovna has demonstrated high professionalism and
commitment to her work. Her diligence and energy did not go unnoticed - in 2018 she was
awarded a certificate of honor from the GRES-1 station. In December 2022, she received the
medal of the Kazakhstan Electric Power Association for her contribution to the development of
the country's electric power industry. In addition, she was awarded a diploma from the Samruk-
Energy company.
Kadisha Tapekova is an example not only for women, but also for everyone who wants to
succeed in production. Her story shows that courage, hard work and dedication can lead to
significant results and achievements.
