Team building in Bayanaul: unity, energy and vivid emotions!

On January 25, 2025, young specialists from Ekibastuz GRES-1 went to Bayanauli National Park for a team building dedicated to the Year of Working Professions. It was not just an off-site event, but a real celebration of team spirit, communication and drive, organized by the Youth Council.

The main challenge of the day was an exciting quest that unfolded on the territory of the recreation center. The main theme and slogan of the game was "Unity", because only solidarity and teamwork helped the participants overcome all the challenges. Strategy, logic, mutual assistance – everyone contributed to the overall victory!

After the active part of the team building, the participants were waiting for sports games in the fresh air, where everyone was able to show dexterity, quickness of reaction and, of course, a competitive spirit. And at the end of the evening, there was a musical bingo, which became not just a game, but a warm and fun ending to an eventful day. Music, smiles, friendly jokes – all this created a unique atmosphere of unity.
