The staff of the electrical workshop took Askarbekov Uair Dayrashovich, who had worked in the workshop for 29 years as an electrician for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of the 6th category, for a well-deserved rest. All employees of the workshop respect Wyre Dayrashovich for his high professionalism, willingness to always come to the rescue in word or deed.

Wire Dayrashovich has always shared his extensive experience with young specialists, teaching them not only to perform high-quality production tasks, but also to always strictly follow safety regulations, which are very important when working with electrical equipment.

In 2024, Wire Dayrashovich was deservedly awarded the honorary title of "Ardager Power Engineer. Kazakhstan Elektr energetikalyk Kauymdastygy". Yermek Bolatovich Beisembayev, Deputy head of the workshop, congratulated Uair Dayrashovich on behalf of the station management, who read out a letter of thanks from the General Director. A memorable gift was presented by T.A. Chigvintseva, chairman of the trade union committee. On behalf of the AMANAT party, S.B. Seryanov, chairman of the primary party organization, congratulated.
