The staff of the production and technical department took a well-deserved rest from Aubakirov Aidarkhan Krykbesovich, the leading operational engineer of the reliability and safe operation of the equipment. Aidarkhan Krykbesovich has worked at Ekibastuz GRES–1 for 38 years and has been involved in trouble-free operation of equipment and improving the reliability of power equipment, which are the company's priorities. Aidarkhan Krykbesovich participated in all new projects that were implemented at the station during his work, raised a generation of highly qualified specialists, instilling in them not only hard work and professionalism, but also loyalty to traditions.

For his services to work, Aidarkhan Krykbesovich was repeatedly encouraged by the management of the station, and in 2024, he was deservedly awarded the title of "Ardager Power Engineer. Kazakhstan Elektr energetikalyk Kauymdastygy".
