The collective agreement of Ekibastuz GRES-1 named after Bulat Nurzhanov LLP was recognized as the best among the energy сompanies of Kazakhstan

On the occasion of the Day of Trade Unions in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as part of the Action Plan for the "Year of Social Partnership", the Kazakhstan Industry Trade Union of Power Engineers held a competition "The Best Collective Agreement of 2022".
The main goal of the competition was the development and improvement of social partnership at the level of enterprises and organizations, the adoption of effective collective agreements, increasing the interest and social responsibility of employers.
The collective agreement of the enterprise was first adopted in 2016, and in 2022 the Trade Union signed a new collective agreement with the employer, which improved social benefits and guarantees for employees.
