A youth forum was held in the city of Turkestan among the employees of the Samruk-Kazyna JSC group of companies. The participants of the forum were young people from working professions. Ishchanova Talshyn Maksutovna participated from Ekibastuzskaya GRES-1, a chemical analysis laboratory assistant of the 4th category of the chemical workshop. Special attention at the forum was paid to personal growth trainings, the purpose of which was to form leadership qualities, enhance professional competence and promote corporate values. Such events contribute to strengthening corporate culture, developing leadership skills and increasing the competitiveness of young professionals.
